Pricing

Low season: April, May, June, September = 35.- € / night
High season: July,August = 45.- € / night
 

The costs are for the house per night inclusive of VAT.

For short stays less than 7 nights we charge 25.- € per flat in addition.

The consumption costs and cleaning are included in the rent.

Bedlinen 6.- € per set
 (A double bed fitted sheet with 1.40 m width is required.)

Conditions
The minimum let is 3 nights.
At booking a deposit of 20% has to be made by bank transfer. The payment of the balance is payable until 20 days before journey by bank transfer.
Payment by transfer to a German bank account. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.
The cleaning is already included in the costs. At a strong pollution we must, however, calculate a cleaning flat rate of 30.- €.
Bedlinen, hand and tea towels are not contained. However, bedlinen can be placed at your disposal against charges.
Arrival from 3 pm and departure until 11 am every Saturday.
The letting conditions (TNC) which are accepted with the obligatory booking (payment of deposit) are valid.

After booking you will get further information regarding keys and location of the house.
 

Occupancy
One person must be at least 18 years old.

Maximum occupancy three people.

Holiday guests only.

The house is smokeless! (You may smoke on the terrace.)

Out of consideration for people suffering from an allergy pets are not allowed.
